Pray for your Independence Day

July 2, 2008

Prayer is very important to me. Prayer is the one thing that leads to praise and deliverance. Please don\’t forget over the holiday to thank God for this Country and what you do have and thank God for the liberty to read or not to read this e-mail message. (Pray that my dream date with Hill Harper and Mario Lopez comes true, sike). As for me, I closely align with the origins of a white supremist group in ancestoral line. I am also a distant cousin to British Royalty, Wow!!!!

I saw this daily devotion and had to comment on it. Did you know that SPEM stands for Spiritual, Physical, Emotional and Mental.

Spiritual: Jesus prayed for his disciples (John 17:17). Truth leads to spiritual understanding, elminating confusion.
Physical: Peter had a physical needs–release from jail. His friends prayed–and he got out (Acts 12:1-11). In God\’s care we find security and rest (Psalm 16:9)
Emotional: Often the psalmist asked God for relief from distress (Psalm 4:1; Psalm 18:6; Psalm 107:6-7). He brings hope.
Mental: Insight and wisdom are promised for those who cry out to God (Proverbs 2:3-6; James 1:5-7). Through prayer and reading His Word, the peace of God can be found. By David Branon. \”What a Friend we have in Jesus, All our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry Everything to God in prayer!\” –Scriven

Have a very blessed 4th of July weekend and know that only God can sustain you…. What you do for Christ will last.

Have a blessed weekend, take care
